Jennifer Mnookin is an American legal scholar and university leader whose research examines evidence, expertise and science in the courtroom.
Influence and contribution
Mnookin taught and led UCLA's law school before becoming chancellor of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and later president of Columbia University. Her scholarship has influenced the evaluation of forensic evidence, while her leadership has required difficult decisions about free expression, safety and antisemitism on campus.
Legacy and significance
